We do challenge and question any consumer claim of fraud with the information our merchants acquire during the time of sale which can include call recordings, email verifications, IP validations, phone number verifications, SMS challenges as well as additional identity verifications.  Consumers are encouraged to work with merchants for resolution before committing an act of perjury.
